A 5K recent is quite decent un pharmacy field. Now coming to your college selection there will be many colleges in which you can easily get a seat with such rank. Since you haven't mentioned your category than assuming if you are from general category then you can easily get assured seat in 2nd round of counselling or may be in first too. And if you are from any reserved category than getting a seat in top most college will be much easier.
