My preparatory rank is 3000 can I get admission in iisers?? Tell me procedure if you know.

See preparatory ranks only gives admission for one year into a government college which will teach you for the JEE advance examination of next year, so that you can score better then.
Your rank is a bit low to get admitted to the college that you have mentioned in the question.
