Your rank is quite good and with this rank, you have high chances of getting a seat in RTU , but chances can be less if the seats are less as only 15% of the students are admitted on the basis of REAP exam. And as far as a seat in MBM is concerned, you have not mentioned your score so i can not fully assure you because you must have a score above 110 to get a seat in MBM.
