my previous picture for neet pg got rejected , so i uploaded by taking photo in mobile and than editing it like a passport photo with size less than 80kb and at 200 dpi resolutuon . pixel size is 413*531 pixel . is this okay? my picture is very clear . but im not understanding is it really 3.5*4.5cm
Bishal, a photo taken with a mobile has always a different and to be more specific lesser pixels than the photo taken with a professional camera. When NBE mentioned the dimensions, they have to be followed for the same resolution and pixel differences. Not to scare you but NBE opens its correction window only once and you have already utilised the same for uploading this photograph. Now you might not receive a mail asking you to rectify the photograph because the correction window has been closed. To be honest, if the photo uploaded doesn't fall within NBE guidelines, your application might be rejected and no admit card will be issued. You have to keep your fingers crossed.
2) scanning physical copy of photo
My photo is very clear , not even blur , size is also less than 80kb and dpi 200 resolution . Than where will be the mistake again ?
And the rejected photo of mine was 700*1000 pixel and it got rejected , photo was blur too .
People say 3.5*4.5 cm is just that it should look like a passport photo, Main is clarity and size <80kb? Is it? Just for a photo they will not allow to seat for exam ?
the photo taken by mobile can not be same as camera photo. and size is not matching with the information brochure instructions. sometimes if the photo quality is good it can be accepted by exam authority. however you will be contacted via email if any discrepancy found in your application. so don't worry and hope for the best.
