As per the trends you might not be able to get CSE in IIIT Hyderabad with this rank. In 2020 the cutoff rank was 577. Even it is difficult to say whether you will get Electronics and Communication Engineering there as the cutoff rank was 1197.
However with this rank, you have chances of getting CSE in NITs, IIITs or GFTIs through All India Quota. Some of NITs where you can get CSE as per the cutoff trends are:
