Hi Teena,
You can probably get CSE branch in other states but you can get it in the home state. Every year there are different cut off for this branch, so we can't say which NIT will definitely give you this branch. CSE branch is offered not only in NITs but also IIITs, so fill up choice filling you want and wait for the counseling.
