Hello Aspirant,

As you have not mentioned your category so considering it as a General.

According to the rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs with CSE branch as per previous year's cut-offs but yes I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission in CSE on such ranks.

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
