My rank for pgcet 2018 type A mtech in mechanical is 7449. I dont know further processes. Will they update anything in their official site?

You need to go for the document verification as per your rank. The date sheet as per the rank for document verification is given below http://kea.kar.nic.in/pgcet_2018/doc_verification_notification.pdf
The candidate who becomes eligible after verification will only be considered for entry of options.
