my rank in her mains is 271290.but the college opening rank is 3 lakh.can I get that college

You may or may not get the college of your choice. But since you said, the opening rank is 3Lac & your rank is below that, the chances for you to get admission in better colleges than the college you are looking for are high. In my opinion, you should get admission in that college. Apply for different colleges too, if you are open to.
