My rank in JEE main exam is 8,00,000 . So which are colleges that I can take admission.

Your chance of getting any government college with this JEE Main rank is very less.
You can go for private colleges which takes admission through state counselling with JEE Main rank.
In states Rajasthan, Odisha ,MP etc ,
colleges have fixed number of seats for other state. You have to apply for each state separately.

I am sorry to write that you have no chance of getting into any reputed NIT, IIIT or CFTI.

However, if you belong to a reserved category and have a home state quota in the state of Manipur, then you do have a chance to get a seat in NIT Manipur.
