My Rank in JEE main is 81827. I have not got any seat after 7th round of Jossa. whether I am eligible for special round of CSAB?

Yes you are eligible for special round of counseling. But, this counseling will be also based on ranks and availability of seats. So chances for your admission in good NITs are not so good.
