As per your rank in EWS category you'll surely be eligible for various top colleges throughout India in B.Arch. To tell you about your exact admission possibilities will be tough but as since Cutoff varies every year but as per last year's cutoff you'll surely be eligible for admission in NITs too like NIT harimpur, NIT patna etc.
In your state you'll be eligible for NIT Durgapur.
