When compared college cutoffs of the previous years, you're having less chance to get into CS but it's will be more if you opt me/Ce better keep this as option and choose another one too.

last year open and close rank of round 4 in cs branch is about to 16000

Can u tell me ur category, If u r a general category then u can't get CS branch
