Well, basing upon your rank in JEE ADVANCED, you may not get computer science engineering in top most IITs like IIT BOMBAY, IIT MADRAS, IIT KHARAGPUR, IIT DELHI, etc. But still you can give it a try at the time of counseling and you can opt for other branches of engineering like mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and other if selecting college is your main priority. But it may be difficult for getting a good branch but still you must apply for colleges in your own home state so that the chances of getting admission are high.
