My rank is 188242 where I get admission In mbbs
Hello aspirant,
NEET is one of the toughest exam of India and limited number of seats in medical colleges make it even more hard. With such rank you can not get the admission in MBBS course in any government university.
I suggest you to try to get admission in Private Institutes.
Thank you
Hey!
Thanks for sharing your rank — 188242 in NEET, right? First of all, congrats on clearing the exam, because that itself takes a lot of effort and dedication. Now coming to admission possibilities for MBBS:
With a rank around 1.88 lakh, getting MBBS in a government college for the unreserved category is going to be quite tough because the cutoff for those colleges is usually much lower. But don’t lose hope at all!
If you belong to a reserved category like SC, ST, or OBC, your chances get better, especially through your state quota. Some states have slightly higher cutoffs, so you might just make it in the second or mop-up rounds.
Private medical colleges and deemed universities are also a solid option at this rank — yes, the fees are higher, but the quality is good in many of them, and you’ll still be doing MBBS! You can also check options abroad if you’re open to it, and of course, BDS, BAMS, or BHMS can also be great alternatives in the medical field.
All the best!
