My rank is 192739 and my percentile is 83.33 am i eligible for jee advanced?

Qualifying cutoff for JEE Advanced for General category is 89.754849. If you belong to the general category, you are not eligible to appear for JEE Advanced.
You can try for admission in colleges through state level counselling. Check your chances of admission using the College Predictor tool-
