My rank is 19316 can I get CS in Vellore campus?

According to previous years cutoffs it would be difficult for you to get CSE in VIT VELLORE as it is the core branch and preffered by most of the students. The previous years cutoffs where around 6000. You can get CSE in Chennai campus as their cutoffs was around 15000.
