Hello,
Yes you can get CSE in VIT VELLORE campus but in category 4 and in chennai might be in category 3.But you can easily get CSE in VIT AP and BHOPAL campuses in category 1 with normal fee structure.

Hello dear,
There are rare chances for main campus but you may get cse at bhopal or amravati campus...
