My rank is 4 lakh around and I can not clear the cut off of jee main 2019.i have got 61 but cut off is 74 so can I get NIT COLLEGE ???

The cut off about which you are talking about is not the cut off jee mains. It is the cut off for the eligibility for writing jee advanced. As you are from Gujarat, you have a little chance of getting a seat in nit surat in 5 year m.sc course in chemitry department through home state quota in special rounds. Last year closing rank for this branch in special round-II was 3,04,564.

However , keep your spirits high .

Try getting admission into private colleges or give it another try this year .

No there isnt chance for you to get into nit,  don't be sad give state exams crack them and then get a good college.
