My rank is 46951in AP Eamcet.I belong to BC-D .Is there any possibility to get seat in govt.college.CSE or ECE or EEE

It is difficult to predict the college. According to you, you got 46951 rank in AP EAMCET 2021. You belongs to BC-D category. So,  there is tough chance to get admission in government colleges for CSE or ECE or EEE branch that are accepting AP EAMCET scores

Ramachandra College Of Engineering,

But there is chance to get admission in Krishna University for ECE branch.
