Dear Aspirant,
Your JEE Rank will get you into a private college but for getting admission into government engineering college your board marks will be considered.With this rank getting into a good private college in CSE branch would be a bit tough.But still you can apply to government engineering colleges with your boards score.Hope your query is solved.Best of luck.
