My rank is 7670 in open category and my EWS category rank is 723 do I have a chance of CS in roorkee or guwahati

As you might be aware by now, the results of round 2 have also been announced and the cutoff for CS in IITR and IITG are in double-digits for EWS. The closing rank is not expected to fall anywhere near to your rank of 723. Thus you should be looking at your other options and can most certainly forget about CS branches in these old institutes.
