My rank is 851(gen),m I qualified for nift 2019?

Sorry to say but it will be next to impossible for you to qualify for NIFT with this rank (Considering Bfetch course).
As you know the cutoff's for this year is not published yet but considering last year's cutoff's the closing rank was around 550 for NIFT Kannur (last NIFT preffered).
So, you can see the difference with the rank.
