First of all you question is not clear because you have not mentioned that in which exam you got this rank. Now let it be any exam you will not at all get admission in engineering in any of the college. This rank is of no use. I would suggest you to appear for other entrance examinations conducted by state universities and try to score good there on basis of which you will get admission or give private universities entrance examinations to get admission in private universities. Why I am telling you to give entrance examination because otherwise the college committee may demand donation amount from you to get admission and there is no way to get admission in government colleges without appearing in entrance examinations.
