It is unpredictable because Cutoffs changes from year to year and also depends on many factors. The cut-offs depends on many factors like number of students appeared in the exam, difficulty level of the exam, number of seats available, category, branches etc.
You may have chances to get Computer Science Engineering in Category 1 or 2 in Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore for your VITEEE 2021 Rank based on previous year's cut-offs.
The cutoffs varies from year to year and branch to branch and campus to campus.
