My rank is in between 70,000 to 90,000 and my upsee paper 1 score is 172, and I belong to obc category, can I get any good college!?

For this rank you may be able to get admission in good colleges like HBUT kanpur and other. For this rank you may get some lower colleges and also branch will be lower.
