Hi Atul!!!  Congratulations on your rank!!!  I would like to inform you that in going by the cutoffs of recent years you'll not get anything in VIT vellore with your rank except production and industrial engineering and same case in VIT chennai too, but if you still want to get into VIT you have to go for Amaravati Or Bhopal campuses of VIT where you do stand a chance to get any branch you want but coming to the placements, they both are two-year old campuses and naturally haven't undergone any placements till now, the first placements will start from next year so nothing could be predicted about placements.
