my ranking is 2 lakh and do i have to attend this counselling of 15% AIQ

Since you did not mention your category, I am assuming you are of general category.

You will not get a seat under 15% All India Quota, so you may not attend its counselling.

If you are interested in Deemed Universities, you can attend its all India counselling. You have good chances of getting a management quota in the following colleges -
