see you can definitely join nios, national institute of open schooling, which has branches in every state in india, nios comes under recognized board of india and it certificates is valid and accepted by all the government and as well as private organizations. you need to contact with the local nios center, which is nearer to your home and apply for admission. you may follow the below link to know more details,
