My sc cast certificate affiliated from UP . Is it applicable for neet Counselling if i want addmission in Delhi?

Your SC certificate is valid universal. Yes it is valid for counseling in delhi. Caste certificate do not have any barriers regarding place and time. The are valid for ever in you life and to any place. So you can go with you counseling in delhi. You will not face any problem related to caste certificate.
