my sc category rank is 37660 can I get any nit with any branch

So as per the information provided by you that your rank is 37660 in SC Category, it may now be very difficult to exactly predict which NITs you may get.
However, as per previous trends it seem very difficult for you to get any NIT/IIITs with this rank since they offer a very high cutoff.You may get lower NITs like that of Goa, PUDUCHERRY etc.

In CSAB special rounds, you may get some lower NITs, but that too varies every year hence may not be very useful.
You are also advised to take part in state level counselling or private colleges like SRM,TIET,AMITY etc. Which offer admission through JEE Scores.

A rank of 37660 is a bit low rank in sc category. Due to the competition increasing by the minute everyday, the need for scoring higher marks and scores keep increasing more and more. Hence, unfortunately the top nits and IITs would be tough to get into with this score for the computer science department. You might be able to get into departments low in demand such as metallurgy into new NITs such as NIT Andhra Pradesh or NIT Pondicherry etc.
There are some other universities into which you have a good chance of getting into. Hence I would suggest you to apply for other universities. But due to the high competition it would be advisable to apply to other universities if you are not focused on any specific department.
