    My SC prep rank is 564. Are there any chances of getting IIT in subsequent rounds?

    I would say that it is difficult but I believe that some of the institutes may give you chance till the seventh round especially the IIT Dhanbad ( formerly Indian School of Mines).

    The point is that you should continue with the counselling upto seventh round but also look for other options to consider to be on the safe side.
