Hello,
Yes you do have chances to get admission but you have to remember that it is for preparatory courses. Preparatory courses are those courses that take place in IITs. These courses basically take the basics and prepare you and after that they take an examination which if you qualify you get direct admission in that IIT itself. Plus you belong to SC category so you might have a better chance.
