Hello Ridhi,
With a score of 342 in NEET you cannot get a Government medical seat in any medical college across India through all India qouta.
But in state like Karnataka, and eastern state you can get a medical seat through 85% state qouta.
However you have not mentioned your state of domicile in the question hence it's difficult to say whether you can get a seat or not.
Also, if we see this year's trends of the cutoffs, the cutoffs are going higher than the previous year and thus your chances of admission also gets more worse.
