Getting 62 marks in GATE 2019 is a good score.To get a PSU,caste and Branch also matters a lot along with GATE score.As you are from ST category you are having high chances of converting a PSU.But department also matters a lot.You didn't mention your department.Compared to last year GATE paper this year paper is slight easy.so cut off may go high .
But 62 marks from ST background is sufficient to crack a PSU.
Hope you may get PSU.
