As per my knowledge apollo Medical college, Hyderabad is a private college established in 2012 . One of the good college among other.
Well if you are looking for this college then yes you can get admission in it .
Your marks is fine and through NEET ug counseling process you can get admission.

Thank you sir Please help me out one more time. Is it fine with these marks(457) to get Osmania medical college hyderabad and Gandhi medical college Hyderabad for same category?

Well your marks 457 which is quite low for government Medical college. Because osmania Medical college and Gandhi Medical college both are government Medical college as per my knowledge .
So it is better to go with the apollo one .
