As per your said marks and as per the last year cutoff trend you have some chance of getting government medical college in uttarpradesh.
You have not mentioned your category so here are the lowest for any category in uttarpradesh under the state quota benefit:
- General 469+
- Obc 429+
- Sc 374+
- St 169+

I am hoping for near about same score. I have state domocile of UP as well. Let's hope for the best. Although I will be going through All India Counselling as well as State counselling. I will leave no place for any regrets so just keep trying.. I have followed this question of yours because I want an accurate answer too.
