my score in neet is 197 from ap.Then what is the state rank I get

State ranks have not been declared yet and there is no update for the same.
Also based on your score, you seem to have less chances in 85% and 15% quota.
I will suggest you to prepare for next year even if you get a private college it won't be of a decent level.
Rest its your choice.
