My score is 131 but nta score its showing 30 so is that my percentile? ?

No need to worry, As per the latest report released by NTA, it is showing percentile score.
Percentile score is calculated using formlua P=(N-Rank)/N*100. Where N=Number of students appeared in the respective examination.
