Hi Harini,
Yes you can get a B category seat in Andhra pradesh private medical colleges. The B category which is called the Management quota accounts for 33% of seats with a minimum fee of 11 lakhs per annum. But these days, the private medical colleges cost upto 1 crore anonumously fixed by the individual institution only. This is additional to fixed fee announced by the government for individual categories, both has to be paid at the time of admission itself.

Hope this helps!!
All the best.

Starting from 2019 NEET qualification is a necessity even for MBBS Abroad. For qualifying NEET , minimum qualifying marks is necessary.
SC/ST : 40th Percentile marks
General: 50th Percentile
In NEET 2018, the cut off marks for SC/ST Category was 96 and for General Category it was 119.
NEET cutoff percentile remain same but cut off marks change every year. In my suggestion to be on safer side.SC/ST should try to get obtain 120 marks and General should try to get around 165 , cut off usualy do not go beyond this. This is just a rough calculation looking at previous year cut off.
Once you qualify seat in India you need 600 plus to get great Govt colleges and atleast 400 something to secure seat in any govt. college. In case you fail to secure a seat in India, you can go for MBBS Abroad in which only minimum eligibility marks are required. You just need to clear cut off marks to get into MBBS Abroad.
Hope this helps! Study hard. All the best for your exams! Good luck!
