As you not mentioned you category so consider it as General. So If I consider the previous years cut off trends you have negligible chances of getting admission in any of the government colleges even through state quota.

Assuming youre a General Category Candidate, you will probably not secure a seat with a Score or 380/720 in NEET, in any Government or State Medical College for MBBS. Of course, situation maybe different if you belong to certain Reserved Categories.
