See very first thing I would like to clear you that you cannot get free seat in MBBS because there is no such kind of seat, you have to pay some money.

Since you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as Telangana according to your profile and category as general.

So on such marks and category you have good chances of getting some medical colleges in Telangana under state quota according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you can get following colleges :-
