My score is 454 in UR quota in NEET 2019. I m from Chhattisgarh. What are my chances in govt. Medical or dental college?

As you know admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
With UR category and 454 marks, you might not get any government college through All India quota. But, you have high chances of getting decent government  colleges through state quota. Some of the colleges you might get-

• Late Shri Baliram Kashyap Memorial NDMC Govt. Medical College, Jagdalpur
• Govt. Medical College Ambikapur
• Govt. Dental College, Raipur, Chhattisgarh

In 2018, under State Quota, 467 marks secured a seat in GMC, Rajnandgaon under General Category. With 454, it is tad difficult. That had been the cut off. However Government Dental College, Raipur gave a seat to 414 marks under General Category. So you have a decent chance at a seat in Government Dental College.  Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
