Hey, Yes for a total of 471 you have a good chance of getting into a medical college, mostly through the state quota. You are most likely to get into a private college but you can wait for upgradation in the second or the mop up rounds.

To ensure that you surely get into a college this year please make sure you fill in all the colleges that are good for you in the correct order of your preference, and you can get always wait for upgradation in the further rounds!
