Dear Prameela, You haven't mentioned ypur Category. Neverthless,  AP Medical Seats are categorised into 3 areas i.e. AU, OU, SVU depending on the locale of the candidate. In 2018, under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:

General Category      BC      SC      ST

AU                                533          484   427   378

SVU                              517          473   403   395

OU                                526          458    418   421

535 marks are less if you belong to General Category. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
