Congratulations for performing well in the entrance exam.
As much as I am concerned then ex service man quota can fetch you a good medical seat through all india quota.its not applicalble in 85% state quota.
But if I talk about your score generally then even without this quota you have very high chances of getting admission in some of the government medical colleges in india through all india quota.
