my score is 99.68 percentile. which college would be available for cs branch

Congratulations for scoring such good percentile. It seems except top 3-4 NITs you can get CSE in every NITs like allahabad, rouerkela, calicut, surat, nagpur, etc. You can also get IIIT-A. But you will miss IIIT-H, and Bangalore. Otger than these you will get CSE in all IIITs and CFTIs.
