hi,

see change in signature might cause you problem in future if you have already use it in pan card or pass port or any other financial documents. you did not mention which exam you have applied for and facing problem regarding signature. but the main reason for not accepting the signature is it may be not in the correct format or resolution. I would suggest you to take help from nearest cyber cafe and also give them the details of signature format. hope your signature will surely get uploaded.
