My sister attend jee exam 2nd session .but her result show not applicable (NA)in 2nd session exam

This can occur due because of possibly two reasons. First is that your sister has scored substantially low marks which is as low as it is not even applicable for showing on the website. The second possible reason could be a discrepancy in the data which is being a problem in showing the results.
