Hello Vaibhav!
Your sister's All India rank may lie around 1,00,000. Her percentile will be just above 85. As there are 2.5 lakh+ to be selected, your sister may get selected for JEE Advanced but I'll suggest you to wait for the official release of result to confirm things as these are only predictions made on the basis of last year trend.
